• For the Dragons (4-6) we work with students to develop fitness, coordination, balance, confidence and safety as well as engaging in working towards the belt grades.
• The junior classes focus on developing techniques, fitness, confidence, discipline while working towards the belt grades.
• Adult classes consist of a large fitness session along with technique and belt development.

In all classes there is also ground fighting, grappling and sparing where learnt techniques can be tried out practiced.
