Welcome … this forum is provided for the benefit of members to share their views, their opinions, or to raise questions of the Aikido Council which comprises all aikido schools.
What a treasure the AJF is, quietly going about the business of making it easier to meet emerging regulatory requirements of running a dojo, without the overheads usually associated with belonging to an organisation, instead releasing member schools to get on with the study of their art. The aikido membership now spans most of the major, minor and quite a few independent aikido schools in Australia. In many ways its formalising many long standing informal relationships in aikido and genuinely working in harmony and joining them together – one of the highest ideals in aikido.
